Each Honey variety has it's own distinctive flavor notes. Wild Flower Honey is perhaps the most common variety.

Raw, unfiltered quality
This honey is raw and unfiltered, so it is not pasteurized and is only gently strained to remove larger wax particles while retaining natural pollen and delicate aromatics. There are no added sugars, flavors, or artificial ingredients—only pure honey. Natural crystallization over time is normal; to return it to a smoother state, place the jar in warm water and stir until the crystals dissolve.
