Origin & harvest
Wildflower honey is created when bees forage on a variety of nectar sources in bloom at the time of harvest. Because the mix of flowers changes with the seasons and location, each batch has its own subtle personality in color and flavor. This makes wildflower honey a true snapshot of the local landscape. After the honey is collected from the hives, it is extracted, strained, and bottled in small batches to preserve those natural variations and the connection to its place of origin. Our wild flower honey is harvested in Volusia county close to the Mosquito Lagoon. 

Raw, unfiltered quality
This honey is raw and unfiltered, so it is not pasteurized and is only gently strained to remove larger wax particles while retaining natural pollen and delicate aromatics. There are no added sugars, flavors, or artificial ingredients—only pure honey. Natural crystallization over time is normal; to return it to a smoother state, place the jar in warm water and stir until the crystals dissolve.
